Millia Convent English School, Rambagh, Purnea was founded in the year 1989 under the visionary leadership of our Honourable Founder Director Dr. Asad Imam who believes that if you want to serve the nation then educate the nation and its future generations. It is a co-educational, English medium, 10+2 CBSE affiliated, day boarding school. The school is run by Millia Education Trust. The institution is committed to provide quality education supported by a team of well educated, dedicated and hardworking teachers and staffs.

The importance of education in the life of an individual cannot be overstated. It empowers students to discover themselves and to find answers for themselves. It aims to develop in the students qualities of integrity, honesty, trust, tolerance and compassion, to promote a spirit of enquiry, to foster a scientific temperament within the bonds of humanism. Education helps to promote confidence, direction, and critical thinking skills, leading to the development of well adjusted, adaptable and integrated personalities. It is said, "If you are planning for a year, sow rice, if you are planning for a decade, plant trees, if you are planning for a lifetime educate people" Hence, the quality of education determines the destiny of the nation.
